Delshay Development was founded in Ubud by a team of international architects
and Balinese master craftsmen united by a single conviction: that bamboo is the
building material of the future. It grows three feet a day, sequesters carbon,
and creates structures of extraordinary beauty and structural integrity.
Every project we undertake is a commitment to Bali's land, its communities,
and the generations who will inherit what we build.

We visit the land, run topographic analysis, and produce a detailed design brief with preliminary cost guidance.
Full architectural drawings, 3D visualisations, and complete Indonesian building permit management handled by our team.
Our certified contractors execute the build. You receive weekly progress reports, photo/video updates, and a comprehensive handover.
